Invitation to VNUG Nordic User Conference

Dear VNUG members and colleagues!

The time has come for the annual and 11th VNUG conference. Invitation to this year’s conference is sent to our members and colleagues in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. Please take advantage of this rare opportunity to meet many Nordic NonStop colleagues, HP staff and partners, all together in the same location.

The conference venue this year is Friiberghs Manor. Education and golf competition will take place on 3th September.

Friiberghs Manor is located north of Bålsta outside Stockholm, the distance is 65 km from Stockholm city and 40 km from Arlanda airport.
Should you need help with taxi, please contact the Manor that will help you with fixed taxi prices.

The conference is two days, 4-5 September, giving you more time to share experiences with colleagues and vendors. For details of the program during the conference, see the attached agenda.

The discounted cost for participation in the conference for VNUG members within the greater Stockholm area (inside a 150 km radius) is 2 700 SEK, members outside the Stockholm area will be given an extra discount of 400 SEK to sponsor travel costs to the conference.

The fee includes conference fee, accommodation in a single bed room, and all meals. This fee is discounted for VNUG members from the list price which is about 5 000 SEK.

For those who would prefer to add additional nights at Friiberghs Manor, the cost is 1 876 SEK per night per person including breakfast and taxes. The extra night has to be booked and paid directly to Friiberghs Manor.

VNUG Golf Challenge

The traditional golf competition will be held at the nearby Friiberghs Golf Club. The golf course is within walking distance from the conference site.

Take the challenge to win the VNUG golf trophy or just join the players for a beautiful walk.

The agenda still has available slots for users to present, share your story to the other participants.

Any contribution is welcome and the presentation can be from 10 minutes up to 1 hour.
